MY BACKGROUND
I am a creative individual with an interest in videography, editing, and motion graphics. I spent the last year as the Digital Video Intern for the Houston Texans. Along with producing, shooting and editing videos, my time with the Texans provided a collaborative atmosphere. With the help and leadership of the full-time producers, I edited TV show segments, player profiles, social vignettes, and trailer video - all during a season full of social unrest, COVID and in-season unknowns.
Before taking my talents to Houston, I spent three years at Sprint Center - located in the heart of Kansas City, MO - as their in-house videographer. During that time, I developed in a wide-variety of event videography including, sports (College Basketball and Volleyball, US Gymnastics, Professional Bull-Riding), concerts and family shows. I helped implement a behind-the-scenes series for Sprint Center titled "Beyond the Glass", allowing fans to see inside day-to-day arena operations. On top of producing videos, I created motion graphics for tournaments such as the Hall of Fame Classic and the Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship.
During my college career, I worked for K-StateHD.tv - K-State athletic's video department - as a Student Video Producer. I worked as a replay operator for video board and network shows. These were live shows for K-State Football, Men and Women's Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and Volleyball. I traveled as the K-State Track and Field's official videographer for one season.
